My real name is Iameli I. Kaio. Iama is my nick name when I was playing volleyball for Church College of Hawaii back in the 70s, because my coach could never remember my first name. I’ve lived in Hawaii for 37 years. I have five children and six grandchildren. My wife is Italian and she came from Ferndale, Michigan. I graduated from Church College of Hawaii (now Brigham Young University) in 1975 with a degree in Industrial Arts. I have been working for Oahu Transit Services for over 31 years as an operator. I’ve always wanted to learn of the real estate field in Hawaii down the road and I’m glad to say that I now have a real estate license to participate in selling and buying as an agent. I’m also very active in my church affiliation with my family. I’m a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I belong to the Auwaiolimu ward (congregation), and I serve as a member of the Stake High Council of the Honolulu Hawaii Stake (District). I came to Hawaii in June 1970 from Western Samoa and stayed and love this beautiful place ever since.
